STABLE serves dishes that are as meticulously crafted as the space they inhabit. The venue, housed in the castle’s ancient stables dating back to the 17th century, offers a darkened yet sensorial ambiance envisioned by Dieter Vander Velpen Architects. LOBSTER collaborated closely with the architects and founders to create an immersive brand experience. The brand’s essence shines through every touchpoint, from the elegantly designed identity and stationary to the bespoke signage and packaging.

The details extend to custom-made leather menus, branded tableware, and linens, each element resonating with the restaurant’s elevated yet unrefined aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from 17th-century engravings, we developed a distinctive icon set to complement the STABLE logo, enhancing the brand’s visual language. This identity mirrors the restaurant's philosophy: a harmonious blend of refinement and rustic charm. Custom illustrations were created to highlight the restaurant's unique offerings, such as house-made Kombucha, dynamic kitchen take-overs, and exclusive events.
